ok first you need to make attack potions untill level 45 which is vial of water clean guam and eye of newt
next level 45-60 make super attacks which is vial of water clean irit and eye of newt
now 60-75 make weapon poison which is vial of water kwuarm and crushed blue dragon scale
next is 75-82 make extreme attack pots which requires encahnted vial and clean irit
from 82-86 make extreme str which is enchanted vial and kwuarm
now there are 2 ways to get 99 at this point one cost alot and the other not so much the cheaper way consists of 86-99 making extreme defense enchanted vial and cadantine

the more expensive way is from 86-92 make extreme def mentioned above and then from 92-99 make energy potions which is made by enchanted vial and clean avantoe it cost alot more but it is also a much faster way then extreme defense untill 99
