Hello once again.

Just a small suggestion: I know that yell chat is only for donors + on the server.. but could it be made so everyone can use it?
Many players can't donate (mainly because they don't have a lot of cash on rs) and therefore cannot use the yell chat as they're not donors.

Or at least, I don't know, give the player the power to use it as a reward for something.

I'll take your suggestion, but the problem is, spammers. Spammers can spam their server so EVERYONE can see it, so maybe If I have time I'll add it so when you get 2k total level you can Yell with [Dedicated Player] (User) {Message}
